Is your current situation doing a job that is not a fulfilling as you thought it would be?  Do you feel like something is missing?

FBI Agents (pic from FBI.gov)

If you are a recent college graduate who is not happy with current job as a lawyer, accountant, or banker who dreams of becoming a federal law enforcement agent in the FBI, check out this informational page. Are you in your late twenties / early thirties and feel you have something to offer and ready to serve?

Maybe you are thinking about leaving a corporate job and joining the FBI and preparing for the fitness test and getting selected to attend the FBI Academy, but just do not have time to waste trying to figure it all out on your own.

So, let me ask you a question...

Would you be ecstatic if you could get out of the cubicle world and crush an entry level fitness test that nearly half of the applicants fail initially? Would you also be fired up if you had a plan to prepare to get accepted into the Academy and then get through the Academy to become an FBI agent?

This could be you if you get started now...

Because if you could do those things, ultimately, that would mean you could serve in government as an FBI agent, join the SWAT Team, and have the honor of serving your country helping victims receive the justice they deserve in the federal government! (Which would be amazing!)

Unfortunately, I also get the sense there are some roadblocks for you here, including figuring out how to:

- Start running fast and working out;
- Not fail the fitness test like almost half of the applicants who take it the first time; and
- Prepare to succeed with above average scores on the fitness test AND be ready for the Academy.

Another thing...

It is quite discouraging that as many as 40,000 people start to fill out the application, but lose hope with the process and fail to complete the entire application. The process takes so long, and it's more competitive to get selected to even take the fitness test the first time than you realized. In fact, out of the 10,000+ who complete the application each year about only 400-500 applicants will get hired to become agents.

Do you constantly ask yourself these questions about how to move forward?:
- I need to get in shape quickly - how do I prepare to stand out on the fitness test?
- What is the best way to do more pushups and situps and run faster?
- How can prevent running injuries and deal with aches and pains so they don't stop my training?

It is easy to get lost in the hurdles of this journey as there are many when you work full time and trying to carve out time to prepare yourself.

Here are some common issues applicants have during this process:
"I don't always have access to ideal training facilities." or
"I have to be a star athlete to succeed at the FBI Academy." or
"If more nearly half of the applicants fail the fitness test, how am I going to make it?”

Do you have these issues too? Many people do, but those with a plan can make it through the big fitness hurdle. And finally, to make matters even worse, sometimes (no matter what you do) it just plain feels like leaving your corporate job and joining the FBI is nothing more than a pipedream.

Well let me tell you, it is completely natural to feel this way as the journey is long and time can create personal doubts in your abilities and self-confidence.

When all is said and done, my guess is you really just want to stand out and pass the PT test on the first try, be in good enough shape to never even consider quitting during the Academy, and serve your country with like-minded people in an elite team setting. Yes?
