Who is this Program For?
I have been training, competing, and coaching for over 40 years combined, now specializing in Tactical Fitness. My audience has grown from primarily Spec Ops candidates to all tactical professions (military, police, fire), yet I still coach individuals on general health, athletics, weight loss, and wellness. Many of you have been with me for over 25 years and have evolved with me, helping me develop different programs promoting health, wellness, and longevity.
This Never Quit Mindset is designed for all groups facing daily “quit demons” in their beginner fitness, advanced performance standards, Spec Ops selections, and longevity building to become ageless athletes. Where to Find More Information About Optimal Performance Training Programs
When you start training again, consider the seasonal tactical fitness model. I call it a way to train, but it's not the only way. It offers a process and system that are different from other programs. We focus on never neglecting your weaknesses, helping with flexibility and mobility, and elevating your physical abilities to a level where you feel satisfied with your overall capacity for just about anything. We have a system where the seasons dictate our training. When it's nice outside, we tend to run and do more calisthenics. We communicate regularly about your progress and your feedback helps me create the next week plan for you. There is no template workout and see you later. These programs are created 1 week at a time with YOU and ME in communication to figure out how best to create the next week.
