Here is a recent note from reader, listener, and doer of my programs for the past few years. 

A few years back I happened to see a Stew Smith book and later followed the guy on YouTube and met him at a recent USNA reunion weekend. Stew is a USNA grad, former USN SEAL, humble family man who walks the walk and leads like we all should, by example.

Stew, with his homespun stories, common sense advice, and gifted writing convinced me that I could be “That Guy” again, at any age, if I was disciplined, worked hard, and was consistent.  Turning the clock back is possible with the right motivation.  Just get started…
 
Coach Smith continues @ almost 56 years old to coach young people and teach them how to live their best lives through public service.  His message, as valuable as it is, doesn’t reach as many folks as it should.
 
His new book, The Ageless Athlete, may not make seniors live forever, but it’s a start to a happier and more fulfilled journey. This easy read will plant a seed in OGs that can grow into something you would not believe today.
 
I salute the American treasure that Coach Smith is and recommend that anyone, particularly OGs, who want to get back on the horse and live their best years invest a couple $ in one of his books and tune into his YouTube content on a regular basis.  It’ll enrich your life and the lives of everyone around you.
