When you start training again, consider the seasonal tactical fitness model. I call it a way to train, but it's not the only way. It offers a process and system that are different from other programs. We focus on never neglecting your weaknesses, helping with flexibility and mobility, and elevating your physical abilities to a level where you feel satisfied with your overall capacity for just about anything.
